-xP

Intel® Pentium® 4 processors with Streaming SIMD Extensions 3 (SSE3). When the main program is compiled with this option, it will detect non-compatible processors and generate an error message during execution.

-QxB

-xB

Intel Pentium M and compatible Intel processors. When the main program is compiled with this option, it will detect non-compatible processors and generate an error message during execution.

-QxN

-xN

Intel Pentium 4 and compatible Intel processors. When the main program is compiled with this option, it will detect non-compatible processors and generate an error message during execution.

-QxW

-xW

Intel Pentium 4 and compatible Intel processors.

-QxK

-xK

Intel Pentium III and compatible Intel processors.

Note: The only options available on Intel® Extended Memory 64 Technology (Intel® EM64T) systems are W and P.

Note: To execute the program on x86 processors not provided by Intel Corporation, do not specify the -Qx{N|B|P} option. If you execute a program using the -Qx{K|W|N|B|P} option on an unsupported processor, the compiler displays a fatal run-time error. For more information, see your user's guide.
