Definition of a Circle

One way a circle can be defined is as the set of all points equidistant from a specified point, C.
Using the figure below, construct a circle by clicking and holding on the small blue square and dragging the blue line around the point C.


The blue line connecting the small blue square to the point C never changes length. This means that each point on the circle is equidistant from the specified point C. The point C is called the centre of the circle.
