Obituary of Henry Stanford (Hank) Dilcher II

Henry Stanford (Hank) Dilcher II, 64, of Sandy Springs died unexpectedly on Friday, June 30th. He was born in Dallas, Texas, and grew up in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Hank received his engineering degree from Purdue University and his MBA degree from Emory University. He served as a First Lieutenant in the U. S. Army. In 1962, Hank began his career at Lockheed, where he served in various management positions in Marketing, retiring in early 1999. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 41 years, Meryl McMillan Dilcher, sons Henry Stanford (Stan) Dilcher III, Jeffrey Allan (Jeff) Dilcher, daughter in-law Nina Fernandez Dilcher, all of Atlanta, sister Mary Ann Dilcher Norris of Wrightsville, brother Charles Fisher Dilcher, Jr., of Atlanta, aunts Mary and Ann Rapposch and many loved nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July 7th, in the Kellett Chapel, Peachtree Presbyterian Church, with The Reverend Dr. Stephen M. Huntley, Jr. and The Reverend Deborah Conner officiating, In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Peachtree Presbyterian Church, 3434 Roswell Road, Atlanta 30305.
