Louis Pelletier at CRM has been able to reserve 20 rooms at the Hotel
Terrasse Royale (located near
the Universite de Montreal Campus at 5225 Cote-des-Neiges Street) for the
nights of November 19 and 20. Each room will cost $65/night plus taxes. It
will probably be possible to have 2 or 3 additional rooms at the same
hotel but the management will not know if they can guarantee these rooms
until the end of October.

To reserve rooms, participants will have to contact Louis by email
(PELLETL@CRM.UMontreal.CA) before November 5 and leave him their names,
email addresses and arrival and departure dates. After November 5, any room
not reserved will have to be released.

Speakers at each session essentially act as facilitators by
throwing out some ideas, especially ideas concerned with what goes on or is
planned to go on in their department/university/province with respect to
the topic.
The aim is to stimulate discussion.

To help CRM defray expenses, there will be an estimated fee of $40 payable
to CRM (essentially for lunch, coffee, etc.)

We look forward to a "scintillating" meeting.

	...George Bluman and Herb Gaskill
