Practice Drawing Derivatives
Use this applet to practice graphing derivatives.
Draw your derivative by moving the mouse while holding the
left button down.
You can check your drawing by clicking on the
"derivative" button, which will display the graph of the true
derivative. Get a new function by clicking the "new function" button, and
try again. Note the scaling on the axes: the horizontal lines are 2 units
apart.
You can choose the drawing color too!
