Circles

Is an outreach program based out of Dalhouise University that provides fun, engaging & interactive presentations classes across Nova Scotia. The team goes into schools, free of charge, to provide workshops to grades 9-12. Once a month in the Mathematics & Statistics Dept. at Dalhousie University, a presentation by a graduate student or professor is given and a free pizza supper is provided to the students who attend. I am the Program Director, so I work with a team of graduate students to develop and give presentations across the province. I also ogranize outreach trips, maintain relationships with teachers and school board consultants and promote the program.
